I have ordered from sweetking on numerous occasions for birthdays and many presents Orders come on time, with plenty of correspondence from them The boxes that they come in are unreal and look amazing... love using them and cannot wait for my next order Thanks guys🤩👍

I placed a order for valentines mystery box as a gift to my 10 year old daughter. We were disappointed it did not arrive on time.i sent a message by Instagram and was informed my order got lost but they would replace it with a mystery box which arrived the next day .my daughter was delighted with all the lovely sweets. Today by great surprise another mysterycbox came in the post as a apology and a note. I was very impressed by this and I look forward to ordering from them again in the near future. The quality of the sweets is very good .delicious 😋 😋 😋

Theres a small amount of decent sweets then the bag is padded out with the cheapest tasteless sweets they can find. Last time I'll buy after buying a number of bags since they started. Don't fall for the slick marketing for a well below average product.

I have ordered twice from sweetking and the quality has been excellent. My second order was slightly delayed I messaged them and they got back to me within minutes and sorted it. Would definitely recommend to others and order again for myself 🙂

It's crazy that a company based in Cork takes nearly 10 days to ship out 3 bags of sweets. It's an absolute waste of time and money honestly, there are other companies that if you ordered before 3pm that day it would be with you in the morning! Discount supplements are a great example of a fast and easy to use Irish company. This company needs to spend more time working and less time on social media.

Ordered sweet king lots, great service, quality of sweets are great

Excellent company. Always the best sweets and such wonderful staff. Cant reccomend the sweets enough! Covid has been tough on so many companies and they have been fantastic through it all!

Received the wrong order 3 times, have been emailing customer service constantly for the past 6 weeks and they have yet to respond. Originally ordered 3 items, they have only sent me 2 - which were both incorrect items. My order was placed nearly 2 months ago & they have not sent me what I paid for and refuse to make contact with me about the issue. Every email I’ve sent has been ignored.
