Ordered a party bundle for my daughters christening, once received I noticed that the name was spelt incorrectly. When I contacted the sweet king company they responded immediately with apologies and resent the order with the correct spelling. Great customer service.

All I can say is Wow! Ordered two 1kg bags and some smaller bags of fizzy belts. Arrived yesterday after a small delay with the post - reached out to Sweet Kings on Instagram to let them know and they apologised and said they’d follow up asap. Didn’t expect them to throw in an extra 1kg bag of sweets and bonbons as a thank you for my patience but they did! Amazing flavours in the bags, some classic jellies I haven’t seen in years too ☺️

My order was lost.contacted sweet king on Instagram and got my order within three days with extra goodies.can’t thank them enough.have ordered from them before and orders were always on time

I was so disappointed when I ordered Bon Bon expecting 5 flavours and only received 3( toffee, lemon and raspberry) I was looking forward to apple and strawberry. emailed the company and no reply, there 1kg approx bag is also only 968. I know they say approx but u would expect more especially when that’s including packaging. The bag wasn’t full and sweets were just awful. Won’t be buying again

Received order after 2 weeks of waiting, the bags are filled with horrible cheap sweets and half of them are inedible. I know businesses have to make a profit but their margins must be huge judging by the quality of the sweets. I can't recommend this company because of this, it's all shop local and shop irish, but this is the type of service you get from an Irish company these days, hence why people go for international brands instead.

I Regularly order from this company , I absolutely love their vegan fizzy jellies & delivery is usually very quick . , they had some issue with delivery due to covid with is totally understandable , definitely worth the wait .. It is a small business and hiccups will and can happen and people need to understand this . I will definitely continue to order my sweets from them .. it’s all about supporting the small Irish owned business , can’t wait to order more :-)
