Honestly I was a bit worried after reading reviews but I received my order this morning and I'm not disappointed. Delivery was a little longer than I expected but customer service was quick to respond, honestly I think people have forgotten that covid is still a thing and will affect small business. Sweets are lovely and will be ordering again.

Placed a order with sweet King and it was misplaced by courier. I have to say there response was superb I received my order within 2 days and extra goodies for us to try. They were very helpful and followed through with what they had promised. It's been a hard Road during these last 2 years with covid and I think people should show a bit of positive every now and again makes the world a happier place ❤️

I put a order in monday Of a you pick we mix and it was sent out Wednesday which is really fast I love that you get to pick the jelly’s you like so you don’t end up with sweets you don’t like and end up throwing away and I had a code to use which made them cheaper I can honestly say I loved my pack of you pick we mix jelly’s would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth like me ❤️

I ordered from SweetKing two weeks ago as a gift for someone. The delivery was slightly delayed which was to be expected with two storms forecast the same weekend - completely beyond the control of the SweetKing Team! I messaged them via their Instagram Platform and I received a response almost immediately (within a couple of seconds!!) with an update on my order. They were very apologetic for the delay - which again was completely beyond their control! The Customer Service was excellent and the recipient (a jelly addict!) said the sweets were of excellent quality and value for money!

Thank you for my recent order, i am delighted with it as always. Great customer service also and quick response 🙂

Our order came after a slight delay with delivery! We have ordered a few times off this company and their customer service and quality of sweets is brilliant. Looking forward to receiving our next bag!!
