Not including the longer delivery. I am happy with my purchase, great and quick customer service. Good selection of sweets but wish there was more American Candy. I would recommend buying if you are willing to wait for it to arrive as the sweets are great with all the deals/discounts.

An order took 16 days to arrive. I emailed, they said it was dispatched but when it didn't arrive they dispatched it again and finally arrived incomplete. The order was to include two extra sweet boxes as part of the offer and they were not sent. After chasing the order numerous times they said they would include extra goodies, none of which were includes. So an order received after two weeks incomplete and getting strung along. Shocking service and quality control, should not be in business.

This is my first time ever writing a review but I felt I had to let people know. I ordered sweets from SweetKing through the advertising on Tiktok. Although delivery took longer then expected,I emailed them and they responded promptly. I was absolutely delighted when I received my package. There is a huge variety of jellies to choose from some I've never tasted before. They are proper jellies full of flavour. They come in resealable bags which is great because you will not finish a bag in one sitting due to the amount. They also give huge discount codes on social media platforms which to be honest is a huge bonus. Overall I've had a 5 star experience with SweetKing and I can't recommend them enough. I'm looking forward to buying from them again although my wasteline will say different. A great Irish company that I wish the best for in the future.

Disaster from beginning to end, took 2 weeks to arrive to me in Offaly and when arrived they didnt give me the deal I was meant to get through tiktok.. I will certainly never order from these again I will be going to mrcandy.ie as his orders only take 2-3 days and you get what you order. Robbing vile people sweetking.ie

Terrible delivery, it’s been 14 days since i placed my order so 10 working days. Still no sign of it even being dispatched. Emailed 4 days ago and they said 1-2 days. And yesterday they also said 1-2 days. Terrible customer service. Absolute joke of a company. Would want to order a month in hand to have them on time

Order arrived yesterday and I am very happy with it. Delivery took a little longer than expected but when I inquired I got an almost instant response, and received a discount code for my next order. Sweets are delicious. Well done keeping your business going in such difficult times. Happy to support.

Totally over priced cheap rubbish. Do not waste you're money. Zero customer service. Slow dispatch. Just crap. There are some really good Irish online sweet sellers, sweetking is not one of them.

I'm not one to complain or leave reviews but my experience was that bad I want to save someone else from the same disappointment. I spent some time choosing a company to buy jellies from as I like good quality jellies especially when I'm paying that much for them. I chose Sweetking in the end because they have ads all over snapchat, tiktok etc and have had influencers try their sweets, I was also delighted to be able to support an Irish business. Their snapchat ad advertises 1-2 day delivery, it took 10 days. After 4 days I emailed very politely understanding they were busy to see if my order had even been sent as I was given no tracking number and they had a huge sale and discount codes I could have used while my order was still just sitting there. They said 1-2 days again which was not true so I contacted their website 3 days ago and just asked to cancel my order as I was fed up with the service and was regretting choosing them, of course I was ignored. They finally arrived today and to say I regret picking this company an understatement. I watched their tiktoks of them showing the jellies in the 1kg bags and they are all good quality jellies I was happy to buy, when my bags came today they were completely different sweets, no tongue painters, freaky fish, smiley faces, strawberries, sour apples, psycho mice, not a single one in two 1kg bags of the fizzy and classic mix. Sweets like these are the reason I chose the company but all I got was cheap off brand sweets, some of them are not even edible. No Haribo, the cherries, cola bottles and bears are all just cheap sweets that you can pick up in those 2 euro pick and mix bags in Supervalu. I spent 30 euro here and I would love to send them back but the money just is'nt worth dealing with those people again. If you don't care about the quality of your jellies and are willing to pay that price then go ahead but if you love jellies like me and you're looking for somewhere with good quality and service this isn't the place for it. I've found it hard to find a good sweet company with good jellies and I was looking forward to this company being my regular place to go. Hopefully they take the opportunity to use the feedback to improve and perhaps in the future I'll try them again.
