I am beyond happy with my experience with this company. I would easily give 10 stars if I could. Not only was customer support extremely friendly and helpful but the overall quality and value of their goods are unbelievable. The negative reviews on here clearly represent problems that have been solved. I was given a 20% discount code which also gave me 5 free American Candy theatre boxes. All of which I am extremely happy with. I will definitely order from here again.

10 stars! Have purchased from Sweet King many times! Christmas , birthdays , gifts just because , treats sent to loved ones in isolation etc. and I cannot recommend them enough, their customer service has been next to none anytime I have contacted them via email or social platform. Above and beyond for their customers even through the struggles of having covid effect delivery times and staffing etc. They always come through, there is always fantastic discounts available also! Nothing like a box of SweetKing goodies arriving when you are in isolation with some extras popped in too! Kind , caring and absolute legends (who mind you are also real people too) doing a great job behind the scenes! Keep it up guys :)

Pushy branding with influencers chasing a quick pay day and who pitch these products as a "sorry you've no baby" gift for those struggling on Mothers day. Avoid.

Ordered some stuff which took over 2 weeks to come from Cork to killarney. Order completely wrong. Customer service is horrendous, I'd just avoid them and go somewhere else if your thinking of ordering.
