Play devil fire on sweepluxe then go play it on pulse. Its makes it very clear that sweepluxe is nothing more than a jip, waste of money, thieving, low down, dirty, scum bag operation.

Hello Laurel, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify that the request for new documentation is due to new payment methods used on your account. To protect your funds and comply with security regulations, any new card must be verified. We have sent an email detailing the specific documents needed. easy to use not sure if they are legit with payout though
Response from SweepLuxeDec 18, 2025
Hello Mary, Thank you for your feedback. Please be assured that SweepLuxe is a legitimate platform, and redemptions are processed once account requirements are met. A standard playthrough applies to all bonuses. This means you must use the coins to play through games at least once before they become eligible for redemption. This is a standard industry requirement to ensure fair play. Best regards, The SweepLuxe Team

Not thrilled with these guys only because of their daily wheel giving me the same gc winnings every single day after being nothing but loyal. However, it use to be one of my favorites so unless they make this right with me I don’t have the best review
Response from SweepLuxeDec 18, 2025
