Had high hopes for SweepLuxe but the support is just too slow. I’ve been waiting over 4 days for a response regarding my account verification. The games are decent, but if you can't get a simple question answered in a reasonable time, it's hard to stay. 2 stars for the game variety, but the service needs a lot of work.

I’ve put in a redemption over a week ago and I just read another review that sweepluxe responded saying they pay out “All” redemptions daily even big ones. Unless they are requesting more documentation. I’m all verified and have been emailing them over and over with no response. Even trying to get a live agent and nothing. I’m not saying they are a scam because my wife also plays with them and she gets her redemptions within hours. They emailed me one time to ask for a photo of my debit card and a photo of my Apple Pay. I did that the same day and it’s been over a week and they won’t respond.

Getting my first time redemption has been a nightmare, they want you to send a copy of your debit card that you used to purchase the coins with and I no longer have that card it was replaced with another cash card with different numbers and they insist that I get a statement from cash app card saying that card is no longer in use and unfortunately customer service from cash app does not do statements so I'm stuck with a Redemption that I am unable to cash out becuz of this stupid stipulation. I paid for my sweep coins, won, and now I cannot redeem my winnings!

Purchased a pack that included “tickets” that could be redeemed for free spins. Used tickets to purchase free spins on Buffalo Blow at $1 denom. On the second spin out of 10 I won $13 then the game glitched and kicked me out. Every time I opened the game it would replay the first two spins then immediately kick me out. After 3 days the remaining spins/winnings were gone completely. I screen recorded the glitch happening and sent to support and it’s been over 2 weeks with no response other than “the appropriate department is looking into it”. Scammed out of $$$. Beware
