Good casino, great games but not so fast with the redemption time frame. I don't see how some people are getting their redemption within 2 hours after submitting the photos of their cards. I submitted mine almost 48 hours ago and still nothing. Will give 5 stars when I receive my redemption.

Was excited to finally win something and was hearing about how fast redemptions were happening for people but for some reason I didn’t get as lucky. First I was told 3 days for redemption now apparently my gaming activity is under review and they won’t provide me any more information as far as how long it will take other than “as soon as possible”. Update: They processed my redemption the same day I posted this review so I will change my review from 1 to 3 stars
