Bought 10 with of free plays went to…
Bought 10 worth of free plays went to game and spun 3 times it kicked me off the game took my free plays and cannot get customer service to respond. Plus they kept my 10 dollars

DO NOT USE THIS SITE- I have been waiting on my first redemption for over a month now. The process is always the same- they ask you for card pics, then cancel the redemption a week later. Then they ask you for the same card pics again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Dishonest and Unreliable — Stay Away
I used to have no issues redeeming from SweepLuxe — their own website clearly says redemptions can only be made to debit cards, and I’ve made several successful ones before. My last redemption was suddenly rejected, and support demanded I submit it to a credit card instead — completely contradicting their own stated policy. After several back-and-forth emails, they finally processed it, but then blocked my account from accessing SC entirely. Adding insult to injury, they still spam me daily with marketing emails pushing SC purchases, even though my account can’t buy or use them anymore. All further emails to support are now ignored. Overall, SweepLuxe has shown dishonest, inconsistent, and unprofessional behavior. I strongly recommend avoiding them and choosing a platform that values integrity and communication.
