SweepLuxeReviews of sweepluxe.com

Its very well build site. A large variety of great slots. Awesome deals. Just an overall great experience. Can't think of a better place to play slots than on sweepluxe

I give this casino four stars and not five because I ran into little problem they wanted a lot of information and it took like 2 months to get my Redemption but I did finally get paid. And now I think that all that is behind them and they're back on track so keep an eye on them cuz they can be one of the best out there. But let's be honest we all like Fast Redemption times so if they get that going then they'll be in my top three all day long.

They do whatever they have to not to pay you! I bought a package two weeks ago an won a hundred dollars on here then I get an email saying I had two accounts which was a lie but that they would just delete the account an I could still make my redemption so I waited a few more days an still nothing now customer service is saying the confiscated my winnings even though the manager I spoke with said I would still receive it. I've been told it was gonna be looked into by a different department an still nothing! Just spend your money somewhere else these guys don't pay an make it hard to redeem if you happen to actually win! Update- actually the email I received said that there was only one other account in my name an that it would be closed but I still would get my redemption I've emailed more times than I can count I've talked to your customer service chat an I get pushed off another dept an never hear anything I've sent the email numerous times an I still get ignored!0

I’ve sent multiple documents to you guys for verification so I can get my winnings. Still no reply. I’m already verified but yall are asking for more things and I’ve sent that. Awful. Never had any experience like this.

Great customer service great games and great deals in the shop. The only thing that is mad difficult is the verification process. And then once you are verified You can only redeem once a day and only $100. I have to wait multiple days to get my money.

Still not able to withdraw. These site really turned into an absolute mess. Approximately 12 times over the last 4 weeks I’ve had my withdrawals approved only to either have the funds returned to my account with no communication from the site. Or they weren’t able to process the redemption request due to “payment processor” errors. They had the nerve to email me asking me to remove my negative feedback in exchange for 50 free plays. Blows my mind that they would ask that while they continue to deny my redemptions. Customer support doesn’t respond to emails and it’s virtually impossible to get a successful redemption processed. This is truly one of the worse casinos in existence. -wise man has spoken-

I’ve won a good amount on this site. But my redemption request keeps being denied. I don’t understand what I am doing wrong ?? I’ve submitted the proof and was told my account was ready for redemption, only to be denied for the third time once again. Please help.

The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because they gave me a hassle about my redemption because of the proof of purchase for the virtual card linked to my checking account. But Liam was nice and he did help me get my redemption!
