Worst game ever been putting a lot of money and never win anything

They refuse to let you log back in.

Another month and a half of lies I have contacted SweepJungle multiple times for when my redemption will be sent. They continue to give me the same excuse that there is a high backlog which is delaying redemptions. I have been waiting for over 4 months at this point which is just insane. If I don't receive my redemptions soon I may have to explore other courses of action to get my money back.

1 stars. They have a good selection of games but their redeem times are extremely slow. They say 24hs for less than $500 but I’ve been waiting longer than that and still nothing. Other sites are much faster with redeeming and don’t false advertise Edit: still no redemption. They think of every excuse they can to not pay out. They want you to cancel and keep playing so you lose it back and they pay nothing. Do not play here

I'm not sure what this is or what happened. I simply signed up like I have done at the other 30 or more online casinos and then I submit the requested documents for KYC, but for the first time in history they failed and I can't reach support nor does the account allow me to make purchases. Is this another HOAX/SCAM?

It’s been almost a month since I redeemed and I only received 20% of my win. Some sites are paying sweeps coins the same day or next day or three business days. A month is too long to wait and to only receive 1/5 of my reward does not make me want to purchase more coins from your website. Your site is a lot of fun, very engaging, and your customer service team is great, but no timelines given doesn’t leave them with much support to offer. Quicker payouts would make your business much more successful in my opinion.

I requested a $433 redemption on August 15, 2026. As of October 4, it remains unpaid. I contacted Sweep Jungle support looking for an explanation and a realistic timeframe. I was initially told that my redemption was “currently active and in progress with our finance team” and that they were processing it “as quickly as possible.” When I asked what was actually causing a redemption to remain pending this long, support could not identify any specific issue with my account or redemption. They also confirmed that there is currently nothing required from me and that my only option is to wait for the finance team. I asked for the matter to be escalated. Support ultimately confirmed: “Your escalation has been officially registered today, October 4, 2026.” So despite my redemption having been pending since August 15, the escalation was only formally registered on October 4 after I raised the issue in chat. I then asked how long the escalation would take. I was told: “There is no set timeframe for management reviews, as they are handled in order of priority.” Naturally, I asked what determines that priority and what priority my case had been assigned. Support responded that priority levels are determined internally by finance management and “cannot be modified or disclosed by support agents.” By the end of the conversation, support could not tell me: - why my $433 redemption has been pending since August 15; - when it will be paid; - what priority the escalation has; - how long management review will take; or - any action I can take to move it forward. Support actually told me that “we are unfortunately going in circles now.” I agree—but the reason the conversation went in circles is that I kept asking for basic information about a redemption that has been pending for approximately seven weeks, and support could not provide it. At this point, all I have been told to do is continue waiting for an unspecified finance review with no disclosed reason for the delay and no estimated completion date. I will update this review if and when the $433 redemption is actually paid or Sweep Jungle provides a substantive explanation. Update/additional context: Sweep Jungle's own support system stated during this same chat that “Rewards up to $500 are typically completed within 24–72 hours.” My redemption is $433 and was submitted August 15. It remained unpaid approximately seven weeks later.
