Withdrawals take forever
Withdrawals are extremely difficult and take forever. Been waiting over a month for my recent 2 withdraw attempts.

3rd verification?
This is at least the 3rd time i have had to reverify my account through their antifraud system. It is a bit ridiculous that they do not require me to verify when i buy in, but only when i want to cashout. My cashout was on october 4th and here it is almost 2 weeks later and i am still waiting to verify and no update besides we are still looking intk this. Meanwhile my buy in was taken out of my account immediately with no verification needed. This wouldnt be so bad if i only needed to verify once and that was it, but for at least the third time they are asking me to verify and only when i cashout? Very poor look for sweep jungle. Update: It has now been 20 days and I have yet to even be verified. I had successful submission of my 3rdish verificication about 8 days ago and have heard nothing back. I also replied to sweepsjungle's reply on here via email for more details and unsurprisingly hesrd nothing back. I have contacted sweeps jungle multiple times myself only to be met with the generic we are processing your submission as fast as we can. 20 days is ridiculous just to get reverified for the 3rdish time. Not to mention how long the actual cashout will still take.

Horrible
Horrible. I've been waiting for over 3 months for over 3k. Support is basically useless, they will copy and paste the same thing saying that the request "has been forwarded to the finance team". Their TOS says they will send the prize in no more than 7 days unless they need more verification. I was told nothing else need to be done and I just need to wait. Don't waste your time.
