Payouts are ridiculously slow

I have requested my redemption for almost a month now and they just keep telling me over be over there’s a high volume of request and sent me a generic pay out table that even says up to 72 hours!! I’ve been waiting several 72 hours and still nothing. When they needed additional paperwork I sent it very quickly then nothing. They had no problem taking 100s of dollars from me but want to refuse to pay out. I will come back and update if and when I finally get my payout, but unfortunately I am skeptical. Update: 10/23 still no progress still getting the run around and scripted responses. Very disappointing Update. Today 10/25 I did receive my redemption. I want it I make it clear that I was scared because I had just been burned my another sweeps casino on a big redeem, they blocked me from my account and refused to pay me, so I did think it was happening again. These people always responded to me and were nice and I should have been more patient with them, so I’m changing my rating to 5 stars. Had I known they were really just backed up I would have been ok with waiting. Thanks sweep Jungle for being so kind and patient with me.

By far my favorite. But im giving 2 stars is because how long my redemptions are taking. This is very disheartening because everything has gone so smooth in the past but now its moving at a snails pace.

Easy to navigate and a lot of ways to stay connected. The anti-fraud team is swift efficient and easy to communicate with so if there’s any need for verification, there’s not too much of a delay. The bonus games could use a little help but otherwise vary of options and would highly recommend.

Ive submitted many redemptions all of which have been pending for over 3 months now (since july). Ive received no update on when im going to be paid. Their own timelines say redemptions are typically processed in 1–7 days (often cited as 24–72 hours for amounts in this range). Mine has gone way past that with nothing but generic “high volume / still in process / finance team reviewing” responses from support. My account is verified, I have no missing documents requested, its just delay after delay. This is not acceptable. I would like my redemptions, not more runaround. If they are unable to get my money i may have to explore other options to get it. Until this issue has been resolved i cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

Edit: I provided them with the info they requested, and still have not received any funds or even an update. This company is shameful. No chance they stay in business operating like this. I submitted a $1,000 redemption on September 13. It’s now October 17 and it’s still pending. That’s over a month with no payment and no legitimate update. They only delay and don’t pay. I redeemed here successfully 1x. Since then it is just delay and ask for info. I gave them everything they asked for and they told me I was good. My redemption just sits there. I have canceled multiple times to see if a smaller amount would work better, nope. So sick of this. Been about 5 weeks of this BS. I will update if they fulfill and change rating.
