Over the years I have purchased many pre-sale signed items from SWAU. All of them have been exceptional. This week I received my 16x20 "Black Swan" Natalie Portman. Totally blew me away. Perfect placement on the quote and is a work of art. The photo is being framed, but when it is finished I will post a photo of it. Thank you SWAU!

Fantastic experience!! Great communication (even if I was a pest!)! Incredibly satisfied that I got my item back from multiple stops intact and packaged better!! Highly highly recommend!! Definitely using again!!!

Natalie's signature, maybe it's just my imagination, but I feel like it was written in a messy way and I'm hazy on the amount of money that was spent. I wonder if she didn't like Leon's portrait. However I greatly appreciate your team gave me a special opportunity this time.

Received my Natalie Portman autograph, packaging return was great and the placement of the auto and quote turned out great.

Just got my 3 Natalie Portman autographs back and they all turned out awesome! Perfect placement, and the paint marker colors look great! Worth the wait! Thank you!!

Have done many send in with SWAU and have gotten really good results. Last one received was my Natalie Portman and I am loving how it came out.

For those that read my review about SWAU, still remains true, but I want to give more insight on what has transpired since then. After long email conversations with SWAU, they committed the ultimate sin in CGC facilatation. There is no denying that part, but they understood their mistake and we both agreed on a resolution where I was satisfied. Ultimately, I didn't like the outcome because I would prefer to have kept the comic book, but this is the only option I'm willing to accept. Thank you SWAU for understanding the situation and resolving this issue. Unfortunately, my experience with your company has caused unwanted stress that I don't need and therefore, I will no longer use your services going forward.
