Update. After an email they did provide some reasoning. If the reasoning was sent w initial decision. Would be 5 stars. They charge half of the price of an in person authentication to do an online verification. In theory, it's a nice service but in reality it is utter nonsense. Very helpful getting signatures from conventions I would not have made it to otherwise!

SWAU has a great lineup of clients offering signatures but couple improvements needed... 1. More clients from other shows. 2. Additional or Exclusive photos for selection 3. Quicker update on website.
