Excellent customer service! I had an issue with the final price and shipping cost. Bobby was a professional in explaining it to me and providing help.

No issues, did a send in, it may take some time but they get it done.

I absolutely love SWAU!! They have the coolest items and a great selection of autographs. I really love the $1 no reserve auctions as I have scored quite a few signatures for a fraction of the price.

I waited two years for my Sadie sink autograph when it arrived the autograph was completely smudged and illegible and written over in two different inks. It was completely ruined. When I contacted customer service. They said the best they could do is give me a 50% refund on the autographed Ruined item. The situation is still not resolved.

The items are always guaranteed authentic and backed 100% by the company for life. I have also never experienced better customer service ANYWHERE else, ever. The items I buy are always packaged the best possible way and arrive in a timely manner

Great communication, fast shipping and very easy transaction. Looking forward to finding another gem for my collection

I’ve been using SWAU for years and never had an issue. I also utilize their authentication services at Comic Cons.

Honestly the the transaction from me sending the poster to getting it was super smooth and safe, I live in Dubai and after I got the shipping email it got here in like 3 days I think, outstanding service and my Natalie Portman autograph turned out stunning! thank you SWAU
