I had a great experience ordering from SWAP. Not only did I receive excellent prices on first grade items, but received the items in a very timely manner and everything was individually wrap and clean with a excellent smell of clean. From the new items to the lightly use items, everything was as describe. I will do business with them again in the future.

Extremely satisfied with my recent purchase. The price, quick delivery, and quality of the coat I bought will bring me back as a repeat customer I rate the site A+

Do not sell with this company!!!!! Seriously it's a huge mistake. You will make far more money donating your items and taking the appropriate ray deduction. Swap.com will reject half your items - even clean folded and good condition. What they reject goes in the landfill- so there's that. Then they take a huge commission, and use the rest to pay off the shipping fee. I sent in a large box of about 60 items. So far it's netted me fifty three CENTS. These were mostly name brand items. So let me repeat DONATE, DONT SWAP!!!

I loved everything I ordered for my son AND myself. It all looked brand new. I've found my new favorite consignment shop!

This was an easy transaction. I bought 8 shirts for $56, and all were exactly as described. They arrived neatly packaged, each in its own plastic wrapper. The shipping is acceptable. I think it took around 12 days for my package to arrive. I knew I wasn't dealing with the resources Amazon has, so I knew there might be a bit of a wait. One thing I wish they would change is the log-in process. I don't have a facebook page, which is what is used for an easy sign in. They offer a temporary one-month account as an alternative. In spite of this, I will use this company again.

In love! I have purchased a couple of times from this website and everything is smooth and trusting. Great looking used thrifty clothes, for an amazing price! Obsessed with it.

I love that I can find name brand, great quality items for a fraction of the retail price. Great customer service and easy returns make it a fun and risk free place to shop. Thanks!
