There are so many choices on gently used clothing. I love the ease of use of the site, it easy to find exactly what I'm shopping for, right down to the size, color, and price. I love that I can buy several pieces at once and not feel like I've spent too much on clothing. I also love that I can easily return what doesn't work out for store credit or a refund.

Swap is wonderful. Easy to navigate, easily searchable and the filters are relevant.

I got a like-new, high-end wool sweater, for $10 Unbelievable deal. They have a thing where you provide your size info for tops and bottoms, color, fav brands etc. They email you if a match of your preferences comes in. That I like. My review is for Mens stuff, not kids.

They have great clothes and more importantly customer service and free returns for things that don't fit etc.

I have been buying from Swap for several years. I have purchased some clothes for myself but mainly for my two granddaughters. The way they wear out clothes and grow out of clothes, Swap has been my go-to to find what they need and occasionally, some surprises they didn't know they needed. Plan on patronizing Swap for years to come.

Not upholding their agreement on processing time for items plus a very poor change in policies, has led to an awful experience selling on Swap. After a big move and closet clean-out, I had lots of men's, kids', and women's items to sell. I carefully compared Swap with ThredUp and a local consignment store, and Swap seemed to be the best option, based on the fact that you could set your own prices and the profit percentage for each sale. In the seller agreement I signed when sending in my box they warned me that their incoming volume was high so "it may take up to 60 days to process." Since I was sending in my box of warm weather clothes at the beginning of June, I was bummed it would take this long, but thought it would be ok since we'd still have the hot months of August and September. Well it didn't get processed for 75 days, so unsurprisingly, not much has sold. Also, when I sent it my items, there was still the option to price your own. That also changed, and resulted in Swap selling a pair of VGUC J. Crew jeans for about $10 with me making $4.50 off the sale. Ridiculous! And for my kids' items I've made around $1-2 an item... not worth it. On top of that, the policies and terms are very difficult to find. I event confronted them about the rejected items policy, because when I originally sent in my box, nothing on the website clearly indicated a deadline to request items back. You can now find this in their FAQs if you hunt; but there is also conflicting information with no deadline to request rejected items... Overall, it's been a terrible experience selling with them and dealing with their customer service who refused to return my rejected items. My advice: find somewhere else to consign!

I was very pleased with my order plus the price of the shirts were absolutely fabulous! Swap.com has unique name brand clothes at affordable prices. I be shopping here more now than a prior online consignment shop which they're very pricey especially on name brand. Glad I had found this awesome site!

I ordered a black wide legged jumpsuit, poncho and a long sleeved velvet blouse from swap.com and They were all in a good condition. The jumpsuit even had it's tags on it and multiple people complemented me on it.The poncho was cute, the blouse was a bit loose on me, but it was still a very good quality.
