Swap.com is awesome!
Swap.com is awesome!! They have great prices, and the deals on top of those prices are even better. I love the fact that it's a consignment shop, and that I am helping to reuse perfectly great clothing! Their return policy is fair and expedited too. I think it's a great concept and company all-around.

I am totally in love with this site
I am totally in love with this site. I was alittle uneasy the first time I ordered because the prices are so low. But when my order arrived I was very, very pleased. Everything was either new or like new. Everything was clean and each in it's own separate bag. I did have to return two items.That was a great experience also. Very quick and easy. Customer Service was the best.. I am looking forward to getting alot more great things on here..It makes clothes shopping so much fun!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you, Robin F Waldron

Introduced by a friend. Am now a convinced user. I love the brands that I feel I cannot afford all the time. Now, I can have them and my cake too:). Returns are also a piece of cake. Everything came just as described, I just had a moment of body dismorphia (a little heavier than I thought???) and had to return a couple of things. I love (LOVE) this website!

Swap is amazing! They have the best customer service! They never take too long to reply to an email and always answers your questions and fix any problems you may have thoroughly. I highly recommend swap and will always use them for high end second hand clothes for my family! Clothes always arrive no later than a week.Swap on!

This company is an absolute joke
This company is an absolute joke! They will charge you to send them clothes, reject half, sell the other half for a nice amount and by the time they take out all their fees you won't even get back what you paid them to sell. They also don't issue payouts or take care of their customers. You are better off using Facebook or a garage sale to sell your clothes.
