Enormous selection with varying price ranges. Got Groupon $20 & bought 3 items. Can’t wait to see them. Love the convenience of shopping online

SWAP consignment is an excellent place…
SWAP consignment is an excellent place to find gently used, some new, clothing!! I get the majority of my daughter's clothes from the Juniors category. We usually order 20-30 items at a time. Most everything works out, but if not,...fill in the return for each item, submit it, print a return label for FREE shipping, FedEx it back to SWAP, & they either give a SWAP credit or credit back your card. Stellar customer service!!!

I've been ordering almost monthly from swap since my daughter was born in 2014. Now I order for my whole family. I've had one bad experience and it was a shipping delay. Everything else has been great. I've never even had to return one thing ! And I am VERY particular. I buy the highest quality clothing like wool, cashmere, silk at a fraction of the cost. Its even less expensive than our local thrift shops.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The product is poorly presented and described, you're better off shopping at your local thrift store.
