Worst costumer service ever!! I received a $50 visa gift card. I purchased something at the store for $14.50 and the item was later found to be damaged. I contacted SVM costumer service by phone and was told I would have to wait 120-150 days to even receive an answer on that dispute. Also costumer service rep was super ignorant and racist towards me with no regards to my situation. I’ve tried to explain to her that I would normally never have to wait that long for a dispute to be resolved and she kept on yelling at me and saying there’s nothing they can do.

We are very sorry for your poor experience. Typically, a problem with merchandise would be handled between the cardholder and the merchant. If you have already tried that route unsuccessfully, we are happy to assist you in disputing the purchase through Visa. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] . If possible, please also provide us with the date and approximate time of your call so that we can follow up with the specific associate involved in the call and correct their behavior. We do not want any customer to ever feel they were treated disrespectfully. We look forward to resolving this for you.

I received $20 and $25 promotional rebate cards issued by svmcards. Both had an expiration date of 11/19. Regardless of reasoning the cards expired unused. Upon calling the number on the rear of the card I was repeatedly informed the funds were no longer available. I was told the funds went to svm. The original material did not indicate a forfeiture of funds to svm. I find such action devious. By signing the gift card , required by svm, I was informed I agreed to such terms. svm is like a magician who uses misdirection to achieve their goal. How much does svm post to their P&L by such action. UPDATE at 7:17 P.M. CST; svm responded by reiterating the statements posted above. svm posted a phone number for me to call where I could have the expired cards reissued for a fee of $10 each. Fortunately, I was permitted to roll both cards into one and was only charged $10 instead of $20. Form your own judgement.

Hi, Vincent - Thank you taking the time to share your experience, and I'm sorry you weren't able to use the promotional rebate cards. As you indicated, this type of card includes an expiration date clearly printed on the front of the card, and further explained in the Terms & Conditions which are included with each card. The expiration date makes the promotional rebate card unique, compared to gift cards which do not expire. Promotional rebate cards are also more widely redeemable, accepted anywhere their network (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) debit cards are accepted. It is unfortunate that you weren't able to redeem your cards and they were allowed to expire. Some promotional rebate cards allow expired cards to be reissued for a fee. If you would like to inquire about reissuing your cards, please call (844) 854-7282.

I went to the website an ordered a prepaid BP gas card on Dec 5th 2019. I didn't not get a confirmation so I wrote them an email and they 're sent me another confirmation. Then I waited and did not receive the gift card so I wrote them again and this is what they sent me Unfortunately, as the chosen shipping method (USPS First Class Mail) is not a trackable service, I cannot offer any insight into where the shipment is. The USPS does give 7-10 business days as a benchmark for delivery to the continental US (it can take up to twenty days before the USPS considers it lost), so it is likely still on its way to you. I waited till Dec 26th 2019 and wrote them again letting them know that I still haven't received the gift card and wanted a refund they responded back with We're very sorry you never received your order but we have issued a $24.26 refund to your credit card on file. Please allow 5-7 days to see the transaction in your bank account. I did receive the refund that day which I was happy and surprised with. I will never go back to them again and I advise others not to use there service.

Jessica - I'm sorry for your experience, and understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens with USPS's shipping once the item leaves our possession. As you mentioned, we did everything in our power (shipping on time, via the requested method, refunded your purchase promptly) to ensure your satisfaction. I do hope you'll give us (and USPS) another chance to earn your business.

I ordered some ARCO Gift cards that didn't arrive within the 7-10 day 1st class mail estimate. Contacted Kelsey, SVM Manager, we agreed that I should wait a few more days. After 19 days from shipment date I requested a refund and it was processed immediately. 1 day later the envelope arrived. The enclosed Fulfilment letter and US postmark were as SVM had indicated. It was a US postal problem, but I received a quick response from SVM. I was worried they were stolen and SVM might not believe that I hadn't received them.

Thank you for the kind words and understanding, Cliff. We are sorry the cards weren't delivered in a reasonable time frame. Glad we could make things right, and we're confident that your next purchase will be delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

Horrid. I ordered a GIFT CARD from Walmart on December 11th. It could have been delivered by U.S. Mail shortly thereafter. But no, I was sent a notice several days later that it would arrive between December 17 and December 23rd. Today is the 24th and I received another notice that it is in a place called Carol Springs, Illinois! For the life of me I cannot understand how it is taking over two weeks to send this. Walmart now tells me that it is SVM's fault this is so late. I don't know who to believe but your service stinks!

Lonn - We are truly sorry for the disappointing experience. SVM did encounter a shipping issue with USPS on December 12, where a container of shipments was handed off to USPS and then misplaced for a week. While this is unacceptable, it is also out of our control. But having this incident occur weeks before Christmas certainly made a bad situation worse. Please be assured that we work diligently to ship cards the next business day, and then rely on our delivery partners (in this case, USPS) to safely and quickly transport the cards to our customers. We hope you can give us another chance to show you a proper shopping experience. SVM and USPS have already put safeguards in place to ensure this does not happen again.
