I made payment 14 days ago, I didn’t receive any shipping information or order confirmation after payment, even cannot login the account again! Is this a fraud website? Return my money back!

L'ultimo acquisto risultava difettoso: dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti, e un rapido scambio di email, è stato inviato gratuitamente un secondo prodotto totalmente NUOVO. Fantastici!! Consigliatissimi. Farò sicuramente ulteriori acquisti con i loro validissimi prodotti.

According to my experience Svakom toys are some of the best toys on the market. After using Svakom other brand's products seem to be not well-thought-out and sounds noisier. And additional respect to their support team for solving some of my problems in the best way

I was charged for my item but never got any sort of confirmation or shipping information. It has been two weeks and I have tried contacting them with no luck. At this point I don’t even care about getting the order I just want my money back.

Placed an order over a month ago almost $300...no shipping information has been given I have called the customer service number with no answer have left several messages. I have sent emails, messages through their website and PayPal for over a week with no response. I understand overall covid has slowed things down all I am asking for is an order update after a month of waiting. Update: Yes thank you for my shipping information it only took this bad review and asking for a refund through PayPal to receive it...order has not been shipped and shipping information was provided minuets before you posted the reply to my review...will take approximately five weeks for an order that should have already arrived
