Thank you very much to the folks at Svakom! I bought the NEO Sam a couple of months ago, it has helped with my ED. About a week ago l had an issue, so I emailed with the company and with a few more emails they took care of my issue and the concern was resolved very fast and l am very satisfied! Thanks again to all who worked on my issue.

Another fantastic experience with this company. I'm on my 3rd product from Svakom and will definitely buy more. Mindblowing experience I just had. My partner controlled my Phoenix Neo from states away and woah. Just woah. I don't know how but I don't care. Always the best customer service too. Thank you again and again.
