Note: Customer service was very helpful and accommodating, My Neo 2 was replaced with a Hannes Neo Thank you SVAKOM Alex Neo 2, Hannes Neo.. Unsatisfactory products, I don't think they work with men on these products. The actual sleeve is useless. There is no stroking action at all, as there is nowhere for the air to go and all the thrusting action did was push my member back and forth making it the experience uncomfortable. I did find holes at the base of the sleeve but they were so tiny, they were blocked and when I could get the sleeve working it would stop because of the force required to move it with my member inside. Suggestions would be larger holes for air to escape, and vibration option. The sleeve material could be a softer silicone, maybe different shaped nodules inside? How about a base suction cup as well? The app is ok, could have slower options on it, as well as vibration options. Will not be buying anymore products from this company.

I was skeptical about ordering from a company I didn’t know. However, if I could give customer service a rating of 10 stars, I would. Initially there was a mix up with my address and I thought I was in trouble. Customer service was on the ball and fixed the problem quickly. I am super impressed with this company! The product was as described, the price was reasonable, the shipping was super fast and communication was superb.

Quality product. I think the option of a remote was mentioned, but it never showed up as a menu item. Probably not Svakon's fault, but the USPS shipping updates never happened.

I had a faulty item and repoit to customer service, within 5min I had a response and my problem got sorted. I have never had such good service!!! Thank you Svakom team

Their customer service is great! I had an issue with the customs since the pack was sent from US to Mexico, and they helped me right away to get a replacement so the customs didn't retain the package. Hadn't used the products I bought yet, but I already had one previously and works fine, totally recommended!!
