The unit I ordered has been delayed by customs in danang for the longest time

I’ve bought 7 different toys. Unfortunately 2 toys were delivered wrong, but once I contacted with customer service they delivered to me what I requested just in one week. Very good customer service support. I recommend this company and their toys.

Bought a new toy on holiday recently that had a fault. Contacted the warranty team who were excellent. After a few emails to identify the problem, they issued me with a brand new item that just arrived. Great customer service and prompt feedback. This company knows how to deal with their customers. 5 star service. Thanks again for the replacement guys , my partner and I couldn’t be happier.

I am very satisfied with the customer service. with support for toys ;) Pure pulse arrived, I put it on charge and after the first charge I couldn't turn it on at all. I contacted customer service and Doris helped me a lot. After several emails, I received a notification that a brand new toy was arriving at my address. Thanks for that, life is better with you ;)

Brilliant website, super fast shipment.

This is shameful but I unluckily broke my brand new toy, Alex neo 2 within the first use, the moving part use dropped out from the motor part. I think I press it too hard to my body so that the inner part moved improperly. Anyway I consulted the warranty team and asked for the repairing cost. But they sent me a new one straight to my address in no time. I also chat to the website's live chat which is not the claiming team. They replied me fast and gave me a discount for my next order too. This means so much to me. That was very impressive to me. Thanks to both team, again. Love it ❤️
