The customer service this company has is amazing and so kind! I made a in store purchase but the product was defective. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent a new product to me and was so kind and nice in their concerns for handling my issue. I think other companies should model their kindness! Looking forward to supporting this company in the future.

I purchased the Pulse lite neo back in August and it was incredible. It was small and quiet. You can download a app so your partner can be in charge of your experience. (I thought that was a major turn on in itself) After a few months it started getting really loud and having issues so I wrote a email and within a day I had a response. The customer service is amazing they really know how to treat people! They honored my warranty and in no time at all I had a brand new one. I use it everyday. Thank you guys for the help, and keep them coming! I recommend them for the customer service alone.
