Customer support and experience is just GREAT. The Svakom divice I bought in Mexico stoped working, at the time I emailed them to told them the problem they answered sending me a new one free of any charges. Love that brand!!

I like the product but I like the customer service so much more! When I was having issues with my device, customer service was quick and courteous in helping me resolve the issue. I appreciate that I did not have to jump through hoops to get my warranty honored. A truly great company to do business with.

I need a replacement. The vibrator stopped working. Also it takes three or four cycles for the heater to get it warm inside. Very poor instruction manual. Overall I am pretty sad with the new “pro”. I have been a customer for several years and your product is pretty well made but the new pro started failing way too soon.
