SVAKOM UNITED STATES INC.Reviews of svakom.net

Pleasantly surprised!!! I had an order, it arrived non-working, I contacted the company, they organized a replacement, the manager was always in touch! Grateful! More satisfied clicks!

Very good warranty. I used the toy several times and it was great, but stopped working after the next day. They sent me a new one after verifying my order.

Couldn’t ask for more from this company when I went to use my warranty. I’ll never consider using any other brand again. Thanks

Used the toy twice and stopped working, I then contacted the customer service and they were very easy to deal with plus very friendly. Made an warranty of my toy and within few days they sent me a new one right away. I like how affordable their products and higher quality too.

Really impressed with customer service, there was a fault in my vibe and there was no hesitation to send me a new one. The product itself is the best vibe so far I have owned, with the added benefit of the app and remote access 👍. If you’re wondering which brand to ever use as there’s sooo many! This is the brand to go for 👍

This product is excellent. A single battery charge provides approximately 3 hours of usage. If any issues arise during the warranty period, please contact our company to report the problem. We will gladly replace the product with a new one.

This is the best product on the market, I've purchased over 10 other ones and was disappointed. The customer service is wonderful if it breaks in the 1st year, but I had one for over 4 years. When I upgraded to the interconnected that goes with the video, it broke the first time and they overnight mailed me a new one. I tell all my guy friends about this product, I think every man should have one. I use it before dates and when I go on a date, I don't care if I don't take her home or she's not in the mood. I have my toy at home that doesn't talk and doesn't need to cuddle. The finish is just as good and when you use 3d goggles with it going to the video you selected, when the video thrusts, the toy is thrusting..... I'm telling you it's epic.

Costumer Service was excelent. Got an replacement right away
