My Aylin model by SVAKOM started having a charging issue. I emailed customer service about the issue and provided proof. They were very considerate and were willing to send me a replacement model. Would definitely recommend!

Svakom honored my warranty and replaced the product without hassle. Quality product and quality services.

The battery on my Phoenix Neo 2 ended up not accepting a charge anymore. I reported the issue with customer service, and sent them video of what was going on, and they responded immediately, and sent me a replacement product. They were incredibly responsive. Now I can resume enjoying long distance together time.

Great customer service--responded quickly to a complaint about the battery life in one item (Tulip), replaced the item. New model (Cici) has decent battery life and the shape is well designed.

I had an issue and they just sent me a new one. Very professional and amazing customer service. They were so happy to help and support, you can buy their products knowing your in safe hands.

I had bought Svakom Erica for valentines as my first toy and was very excited for its arrival, but when it came, I wasnt able to charge it. The light would flicker for a few seconds and then turn off. I contacted customer support and attached a pic of the toy plugged in without lights and immediately got sent a replacement, no further questions asked. The replacement works great and boy I'd give it a 10/10 hands down. Wireless? Strength? Connection? Heavenly. Thank you.

Fun and great toy!

I had a defective product. I contacted these people and the replacement process went smooth and quick.
