I LOVE my Suvie and use it at least 5 times a week. My only wish is that they would TEXT me when my meals are delivered instead of email.

The Kitchen Robot is fine works as expected app is fine but so far the food is awful. First order had a missing ingredient which they gave me credit for another purchase. I tried to cancel but then they are going charge me an additional $500 for the equipment. They spent all the money on technology and they should spent some of better chefs

The customer service was proactive in resolving my issue before my box arrived. One of the meal I ordered was unavailable. The customer service sent an email notifying me that they credited my account and added 5,000 bonus points .

I love how easy the ordering on their site is. I just wish I could say what vegetables I don't want. Everything we have had was so good. I have purchased a meal that we didn't like.

I got this thinking it was another fad, and I assumed I would be returning it. I was pleasantly surprised. I am a working single Mom, and my sons have sports after school. I got tired of only having crock pot meals as the back up plan, plus they were cooking for hours waiting for us to get home-not with Suvie, it’s hot and fresh. Fast forward and I have had this machine for a few months, and not only does it save me from a headache, but the meals are actually really good. My boys have their fav meals and I like that we can go through and pick out what meals we want together for our weekly deliveries. I’m very happy with Suvie and with their customer service who always tries to make it right. Totally recommend- game changer.
