For the second month a meal was left out of my order. To be fair, Suvie provided me meal credit for last months order. Also, in a 10 meal order there were two totally empty bags which once held dry ice. Half of the meals had condensation inside the meal bags.

Love the product, do not like the subscription service.

Pro- I like the machine and how convenient it cooks your meals. Con- Portion Size are very small. Made for kids or petite people. The portion they say is for 2 people, is actually for 1 person. Unless you weigh 100lbs. Con- The price for 2 meals at $22 (which is very small), should be $5. The 4 meal pack should be $10.99. I have done the math over and over, shipping, dry freeze, and pre cooking. Still, its half the cost, with some of the food being bland. I will give 5 stars once changed. I have a feeling the Suvie movement will die soon if you don't lower price per meal. You guys need to find a way to reduce cost.

Love the oven, kind of like the food, hate the customer service. Also timing on deliveries. I absolutely need to know when it is shipped and when it is supposed to be delivered. Did not get the email say it shipped. It says shipped in the details online but turns out that isn’t actually when it ships. Stop being confusing. If it has not shipped don’t say it is.

I dislike the time between order placement, charging, and shipping. There is no warning on when an order will ship or be delivered. The last two shipments arrived with the dry ice completely melted and the food starting to thaw. There needs to be more positive contact with customers on when an order is being placed, and when selections can be adjusted, and by all means, a better way to give the customer a delivery schedule. If I had been out of town, which happens, the entire delivery would have been ruined.

While I like the convenience of being able to pop something into the SuVie and just let it go, sometimes converting regular meals to SuVie can be tricky. I am giving this 3 stars because the idea was great, the execution could have been better. The shipping logistics for the food boxes have been a nightmare. The app says they ship on one date and provide a tracking number, a week later the box still hasn’t shipped. The shipping company doesn’t bother to enter the information into their system so you can’t track your box to know when it will arrive. If they leave the box at the wrong door you run the risk of the box being left outside for too long. Then there is the cost. They tell you that you can get your SuVie for $149 but there is a catch. You have to subscribe to their food boxes for at least 6 shipments of at least 4 meals. This usually works out to about $138. In the end you are paying more, instead of just paying $699 outright. If you are thinking about getting a SuVie, there are better options out there.

I have to say we were a Hello Fresh family and we loved it but the prep was a lot to do at 6:45 on a Tuesday night after activities so when I saw this come up in my Facebook feed I was totally pumped! When it works correctly it is like kitchen sorcery to have food kept cold all day and then cooked and ready when we get home. I do have some critiques though: My robot came but the pans didn’t and then I started receiving meal shipments without the stuff to cook them in. It took an email and two calls to customer service to fix this and it took about three weeks after that to get me trays. The tab on the recipe card only scans correctly about 20% of the time and then I have to hand enter it (I always forget about the app). The food is pretty good, not Hello Fresh good but good. The meat is never dry and is tasty. I did have one chicken recipe this week where the chicken was still raw so I had to roast it another 15 minutes. The broccoli and green beans are always soggy but cauliflower, sweet potatoes, corn, and peas are fine. The mashed potato stuff requires more milk and butter than the recipe calls for to be good. One thing I wasn’t expecting was up charged meals that were chicken or pork. I can understand steak and shrimp. You really have to watch the up-charges.The desserts are pricey but good. They have a pretty good variety but I still wish it was Hello Fresh quality and price without the prep. The air fryer portion is just ok. I originally intended on getting rid of my air fryer when I bought this machine but I have kept it because it works better. Overall this has made life a lot easier and we are eating healthy food at home. I think this may be a new company and with time the machine will improve and the meal selection will grow even bigger. I order 6 meals every two weeks and that works we for my small family. For now I will keep ordering.

The Suvie unit itself is fantastic and we have loved ours for more than 3 years. The meals are well balanced and relatively affordable particularly considering how easy they are to make/prep. Our latest machine stopped heating the lower element which meant anything in the lower bin would come out cold or even still frozen. After almost a month of talking with tech reps they decided we would need a new unit. This was Dec 17 of 2025. It is now Feb 19th of 2026 and the new unit still has not shipped. Their customer service team will take, at minimum 3 days to respond, which they will, and will seem overly apologetic. It’s hard to see if it is sincerity or just AI making up for their mistakes. As active duty military, with a family that depends on something like this to provide nutritious meals in light of my absence, the customer service is almost abysmal. I want to love this product and have for a long time, but buyer beware, if and when it breaks, good luck getting a new unit in less than 3 months…
