The machine is huge, inconvenient and hit or miss if it works. The agreement you have to order 4 meal orders is bold considering their food is truly disgusting and they charge wild add ons of $12.99 for most orders of food that’s remotely edible. Run from this, biggest waste of money in my entire life.

Food delivery awful, many times substitutions made without our approval. The machine is finicky. Shuts down any time we try to use the refrigeration aspect. Would never recommend to anyone or purchase anything from your company again. Customer service is also a joke.

Literally a scam. Their entire company is a scam. Fake customer service with a stupid useless robot chat. Horrible customer service on the phone. They claim you're getting promos and credits just to get you to sign up then BOOM flat out tell you you owe another $250 just to get the first meal box and the hundreds of dollars you already spent was "credit". No, I did not buy credit. I bought a meal box and an appliance. Then the meal price went from $200 some to $340 a box?!?! So of course I try to cancel. They refuse to let you cancel online and instead email claiming I HAVE to pay for more boxes at that price or return the machine. No, that is not the price I signed up for per box. Literally a horrible scam. Everyone has been asking me about it and I'm now warning people not to mess with this awful horrendous scam.

My ordered Suvie items still have not been delivered. This delay is frustrating and unacceptable, and I am very disappointed with my experience. I expect Suvie to take responsibility, provide a clear delivery date, and resolve the missing delivery promptly. I am requesting that senior management review this complaint. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Suvie.

I bought my Suvie in June 2025 and a couple weeks ago noticed the light was off. This was mid September. I checked all my connections and followed the instructions from customer service to check everything they suggested but unfortunately it has died. Conveniently for the company, it is 3 months after the warranty expired. Suvie suggested I just go ahead and purchase another one and opt into the meals so I can get a discounted price. I have opted out of purchasing from this company again. While they are certainly within their rights not to replace it, I feel it should have lasted longer than 14 1/2 months. It was not used on a daily basis just once or twice a week at most and that was mostly for reheating. I found the meals to be very expensive with very limited sides and you cannot combine your discounts.

Ordered 3 different weeks 1 week,box crushed. 2 weeks not all meals showed up. 3 week no ice packs at all. All meals ruined. Customer service and is the worst. And there are really NO LIVE.AGENTS!! SO THE CONVENIENCE ISNT VERY CONVENIENT. STILL GOTTA GO TO STORE EVERY WEEK. The aggravation is just not worth it. Meals are super redundant. Meals are not complete. I do not consider sloppy joe and canned corn a complete meal and it's expensive.

The Kitchen Robot is fine works as expected app is fine but so far the food is awful. First order had a missing ingredient which they gave me credit for another purchase. I tried to cancel but then they are going charge me an additional $500 for the equipment. They spent all the money on technology and they should spent some of better chefs

I had skipped all of my meal deliveries as far in advance as they allowed. I have meal coupons available for me to use when I do want to order. And I always order enough meals so I do not have to pay for shipping. They automatically picked four of their meals, which is not enough to avoid the $12.99 shipping charge, and sent them to me even though I had skipped all deliveries. So, the $155.86 for four meals plus the shipping charge made each meal cost $42.21!!!To be fair, each meal is actually two meals, but even so, that made each meal cost $21.10!!! I would NEVER pay that much for a meal! And they did not even utilize any of the meal coupons I had available to me! But why did they sen it at all when I had all of my deliveries skipped well in advance???
