had the 3.0 and upgraded to the 3.0+ for the air fry feature. Unfortunately it works terribly. Chicken nuggets are burned on top and wet on the bottom. I called and emailed customer service, but have been waiting weeks for them to get back to me. Maybe they’re trying to wait until the return period has expired. Seems like it. Air fry baskets are small and the feature doesn’t work very well. The light on the water level compartment is great, and not being able to toast makes is really inconvenient. See less

The Suvie unit itself is fantastic and we have loved ours for more than 3 years. The meals are well balanced and relatively affordable particularly considering how easy they are to make/prep. Our latest machine stopped heating the lower element which meant anything in the lower bin would come out cold or even still frozen. After almost a month of talking with tech reps they decided we would need a new unit. This was Dec 17 of 2025. It is now Feb 19th of 2026 and the new unit still has not shipped. Their customer service team will take, at minimum 3 days to respond, which they will, and will seem overly apologetic. It’s hard to see if it is sincerity or just AI making up for their mistakes. As active duty military, with a family that depends on something like this to provide nutritious meals in light of my absence, the customer service is almost abysmal. I want to love this product and have for a long time, but buyer beware, if and when it breaks, good luck getting a new unit in less than 3 months…

Crappy customer service! Can’t stop meal delivery! Had to close my debit card and get a new one!😡 Seriously crappy service! They make sure there is no human by phone or messaging you can talk to in order to stop unauthorized payments! Plus the food sucks!

Everything is fine with Suvie until you have a problem. I cannot seem to get a hold of a human being. I received only 3 of the 8 meals that I was supposed to get. I have chatted with their non human customer service three times, with it always ending in I will create a ticket and someone will get back to you. They don’t get back to me. The last time the computer put urgent on the ticket…. It didn’t make a difference. This is a good concept and the meals are good, but if they charge people for food they don’t receive and won’t do anything to correct it. It just isn’t worth it. If they ever fix it, I will update my review though I think I will have to go through the dispute it with American Express route.

Cooks food well. Spills water everywhere. If left unattended, damage could be done to kitchen. I've decided to cook all food by placing my Suvie in the bath tub. Only realistic way to avoid water damage. Customer service does not help with issues, they only copy and paste default guides which are not applicable to unique situations.

Conta.\n Cted customer service because I wanted to return my brand new Subi and buy a newer model with the air fry. Somehow, I ordered by mistake. The wrong model customer service is nice. When they answer, but they never get back to me. One customer service agent was very polite and said that she'll send me A Shipping labeled a Sun that went back, and then I could reorder.I never hear from them again.And no shipping label was sent to me.I've asked several questions about the free meals.I'm supposed to get, I've got none and I don't receive any response from customer service.This is very poor they don't care about me , I don't trust them now

The meals are delicious. After a long day at work, the last thing I want to think about is the evening meal.

we purchased this machine at discounted price with meal plan,1st the machine is okay ,the app they use and the setup is confusing, they say you get discount coupons for meals and at the time my account was frozen and couldn't order any meals. Their support had to fix that issue and the 1st meal plan I ordered seemed okay but I got meals I didn't select. I froze n the following orders and then we decide to try another order and they doubled the ordered and charge me for meals i didn't select. I contacted support and they said i was under contract to buy at least 4 meals before 12 month time. or return the machine.
