I really like Suvie. It’s been very convenient and my family has liked most of the meals we have tried. Overall a big time saver. I have had good experiences with customer service on the few occasions I have had questions.

My very first shipment and the box arrived damaged and very. There was zero dry ice inside the box (which is why the box was all wet). I did go to customer service and talked to Arabella and she made it right with a credit. It was just very disappointing. My very first shipment was damaged.

Hi Jan, We're so sorry to hear that your first delivery was damaged. While carrier delays and unexpected damage can occur during shipping and are out of our control, we will always make it right for our customers. We are happy to hear that Arabella and our excellent customer service team were able to come through and make it right for you. We hope you'll let us make it up to you on your next delivery! -The Suvie Team

Recent customer service experience has been great. There was a window where it was very slow, almost non existent and was terrible.

I ordered a Suvie machine and vacuum sealer with bags, and despite being told the missing items had arrived at the warehouse, I have still not received my order or a refund. The delay is unacceptable, and I expect a prompt resolution.

I’ve tried several meal service plans, but this one is the one I’m staying with. The food is excellent with a great variety, the price is comparable, and I love the customer service. I highly recommend both the oven and the meals!
