Adjustable pearl rings great!
The two adjustable pearl rings in gold and silver tones are just great and will provide me much enjoyment without the worries I had from the green (emerald-colored) stone I had to have cut off my finger. Not worried with this design and they look wonderful! Thanks, and best of luck, Debby

If there was a number less than 1, that would’ve been my choice. I ordered twice for different addresses. I ordered gold rings for mine and silver for the other. (3each) Mine came with a silver order. I emailed. Promised. Sent silver again and to the wrong address. One of the so called gold rings has changed color and is showing whatever metal they used to make the ring. Absolutely dissatisfied. Seem no one really reads the emails sent. Response is always asking the question you have already responded to 🧐🙄 I am still out of a gold ring that was to be replaced and a gold ring who’s was never gold when it was made.

We are deeply sorry for this, receiving the wrong order not once but twice, having it sent to the wrong address, and then experiencing color fading on top of it all is a completely unacceptable series of failures on our part. We also hear you on the customer service experience. Being asked the same questions repeatedly after you've already provided the answers adds frustration to an already difficult situation, and that is something we need to fix internally. You are still owed a correct gold ring and we want to make sure that gets resolved properly. Please contact us directly at [email protected] referencing both orders and we will personally ensure this is handled from start to finish without you having to repeat yourself again. We are truly sorry for how this has been handled.

Not good quality
I bought the silver ring with what looked like copper wire embedded in threads on the front of the ring. I only paid $29.95 which is exactly what it’s worth. If I would have paid $249 the advertised regular price I would have been irate. There is no more copper finish on the threads and the silver is super thin. Also, it was shipped from China. Their “global partner”. Customer service was responsive but the whole site is misleading. No wonder she’s going out of business. I bet when she started out her jewelry shipped from Santa Fe and it was great quality. The designs are great.

For the prices they're charging look…
For the prices they're charging look for bubble gum machine quality in jewelry. Also be very careful about return policy if they even have one. It cost $40-50 dollars to return items to China and you MAY get 20% of what you paid back.
