I would give this company a 0 if i could!!! This is a scam store front selling cheap mass produced jewelry. They claim to be a store in Santa Fe, NM that is going out of business, not true. They are online out of China. I ordered the Ocean Oath Wave necklace. Very pour quality claiming to be worth $149.99 it's garbage you would not wear this. I have been trying to get a refund however company will not respond back.

My first time ordering...went smoothly with email updates! Great experience not to mention the gorgeous earrings!!!!!

EDIT: Everything stated in response by the company is bogus! Handmade jewelry doesn’t come packaged in Tijuana style plastic baggies - and if they were handmade, the items wouldn’t look identical- same cheap plastic style crap! My earrings arrived looking like painted on silver material- not authentic silver at all! This company has scam written all over it - claiming that she is going out of business with it being a NM/USA company - but the items are actually shipped from another company and come through customs. They are not handmade originals like the website claims. I ordered 4 pieces and received the 3 rings all in one box - very unprofessional and “scam” like! Any decent and reputable jeweler would never place 3 rings in a box together just thrown in on top of each other! When I tried to contact the company, the phone number doesn’t work and the email is clearly ChatGPT with non English speaking people using language that is weird and unusual. I don’t understand how the company is still able to operate! The order arrived with no shipping slip and was missing the earrings I ordered. They won’t do a refund - only a replacement of an item not shipped - clearly not reputable!

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and we take these concerns very seriously. We want to address each point directly and honestly. Susan Jewelry is a legitimate business and we stand behind every piece we create. Like many small jewelry brands, we work with trusted fulfillment partners internationally to bring our designs to customers, which can result in packages passing through customs. This does not make our business or our products any less genuine. We sincerely apologize that your rings arrived packaged together without proper care — that is not acceptable and falls below our standards. We also deeply regret that your earrings were missing from your order and that you have not received a satisfactory resolution. We would like to personally resolve this for you. Please email us directly at [email protected] and we will ensure your missing earrings are sent to you immediately and that your concerns are fully addressed. You deserved a much better experience and we are committed to making this right.

Fake company per reviews I've read. Sadly I ordered before I read any. stupid me. Found out the necklace i ordered for 29.95 is the same one one Temu for under 6.00. Looks like a few people got scammed and money stolen from this person. Got an email from this company saying item was shipped and I could track it No, there was no tracking number. I had sent three other emails to this "person" advising i wanted order cancelled. This was before the order was even processed. Emails were ignored. The last msg I got was to rate the item, that i have not received.
