This is a follow up to my initial review. I did finally receive the package from Susan Jewelry. I was advised by email that the package had been delivered to my door on Friday June 5th.. nothing there or in mailbox.. asked neighbors etc but nothing. On Monday, June 8th, in the afternoon, I did receive package in my mailbox. Unfortunately, everything received was nothing like the advertised product; all obviously mass produced overseas and cheap looking. I contacted Susan Jewelry at the email given in their original apology email to me after the initial non delivery. Email returned as “unable to deliver to this address”. Now it seems I am left with these cheap mass produced items (purchased for over $120) with apparently no resolution? I’m sure I am not the only dissatisfied customer.

Buyer Beware!!! I received a pair of earrings that should have had one right, one left due to the orientation of the style. I received two right earrings! I have tried to contact the company three times over the past 4 days and have not received a response. Is this company truly legit? It seems the orders arrive via international shipping, although her site indicates Santa Fe.

Very personal approach which I like. Her pieces are designed by her and made by her. I love origional works of art. Very good service and follow-up. She seems to take a lot of pride in her business as she should. She does very individual and unique pieces. She seems to really care about her customers being satisfied with her work. Keep up the good work! 1

I am really disappointed. I had these rings a little over a month and they are tarnishing. Tried to email 2x, it says mail is undeliverable. In other words good luck if you have a problem.

The piece is beautiful. My wife loves it.

My husabnd ordered an earring and necklace set he was so happy. When it finally arrived it was so cheap looking and the quality was so poor. I cannot tell him but I wouldn't have even bought it if it was at the dollar tree because that looks like where it came from. I will probably bless one of my eementary students with it.

Ok bought my 1st ring and was not happy about it it had little spots if discoloration on the band and was not what I expected. I email and get an automated response that only offered me an exchange wouldn’t honor the 3 day money back guarantee. O lt a replacement. So I did get another abc this one came in w the gold color faded! I would like a refund! I was told contact thru email to help with the refund but everytime I email its getting rejected and returned to me??!! Same email just keeps coming back to me! Horrible service and don’t waste your time or money on faded discolored items definitely not worth it and not as advertised. Also comes from china not from the us. Horrible experience and horrible customer service and horrible quality
