I originally purchased a ring that wasn't quite like the picture, I replied back to Susan in regards to the situation and she allowed me to pick a different ring. The ring I chose is absolutely an incredibly gorgeous. I wear it everyday with pride and when people ask me about it I told them where I got it. I'm so sorry that you are no longer going to be doing this you make some incredible jewelry thank you again for everything

I honestly regret ordering from Susan…
I honestly regret ordering from Susan Jewelry and wish I had researched them before buying.
Right after I placed my order, they emailed me asking for a review on Trustpilot, before I had even received anything. That immediately felt suspicious. Once I started looking online, I found many negative reviews from other customers describing misleading practices and products being shipped from China without that being made clear upfront.
My tracking number also appears to show the package is coming from China, and the charge on my credit card showed up under a different name (“WHOP Susan Jewelry”), which made the whole situation feel even more questionable.
I still have not received the items, so I cannot speak about the quality yet. But based on the experience so far, I have serious concerns about transparency and honesty. If the products are not as advertised, I will be requesting a refund and returning them.
I am gathering screenshots, emails, tracking details, and payment records, and I plan to conduct my own investigation and formally report this business to the appropriate consumer protection and fraud-reporting platforms.
Please do your research before ordering and be careful with your payment information.

Update: I indeed received the rings which are pieces of mass-production junk made of plastic. However, I’ve been in contact with them since I ordered and they bargained with me offering 20%, 30% extra and then explaining me how lengthy is the refund process. Quick to take your money but lengthy to give it b back. However, this is a scam website and doing my search I found similar websites with similar stories except they were two old friends or sisters etc. BEWARE! DO NOT BUY from THEM. They are SCAM. I suspect that most of the good reviews are part of the scam too. I am reporting them.

I would have given it 5 stars but...
This piece of jewelry was as beautiful in person as it was in the picture.
It was disappointing that it came in a plastic bag given how much it cost (whether on sale or not). Now I'm left trying to find a box for it that looks as classy as the jewelry. Not an easy task.

It looks like bubble gum machine rings. The ring bands look like fake metal paint was applied. Shipped from China and the response is ‘custom made in America, only materials to make them are shipped from China’ which is nonsense - THE ENTIRE RING ships from China. Then the never ending going out of business tactic. The lack of integrity - do better. I’m out.

This is the most fraudulent company
This is the most fraudulent company. I bought jewelry thinking that it would be good quality. It is the cheapest stuff I have ever seen and it’s probably worth maybe a couple of dollars each. I complained I wanted a refund. They kept bargaining with me saying they would give me a certain percentage if I just kept it. I sent a review to the Better Business Bureau and to this site. They promised to give me a full refund if I removed the review to this site which I did and they never sent the money. I would not ever send any money to this company. They are as fraudulent as they come.
