The jewelry that I received was beautiful
The jewelry that I received was prettier in person. It looks like a much better quality than the price suggests. The company owner, Susan, is very polite, appreciative and kind. She seems like the type of person that you want to support in their business. She also seems like someone you would like to be friends with.
Response from Susan JewelryApr 27, 2026
Oh my goodness, this just made our whole day actually our whole week!! 🥹💛 What a beautiful thing to say! Hearing that the pieces look even better in person than in the photos is honestly the highest compliment we could ever receive. We pour so much love and care into every single piece and knowing that comes through when you hold it in your hands means absolutely everything to us. 🌸 And your kind words about Susan personally truly touched our hearts deeply. At the end of the day this was never just about jewelry it was always about connecting with wonderful people like you and making them feel special. The fact that you would want to support us and even be friends with us honestly brought tears to our eyes! 💕 You are exactly the kind of person that makes this whole journey so incredibly worthwhile and we are so grateful our paths crossed. Thank you from the absolute bottom of our hearts for your kindness and generosity of spirit. 🙏 We hope your beautiful pieces bring you joy every single day! ✨

It’s beautiful and came in the correct size
Not so thrilled with the earrings I understand and love the one stone on top and then switched on bottom. But very imbalanced with the size of stones
Response from Susan JewelryApr 27, 2026
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and we are so happy to hear your ring arrived in the correct size and that you love it! 🌸💛 We are sorry to hear though that the earrings felt a little imbalanced with the stone sizes we completely understand how that can be disappointing, especially when you love the design concept but the execution doesn't quite feel right. Your feedback is really valuable to us and we appreciate you being so specific about it! 😊 We would love to make this right for you! Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and we will see what we can do to find the best resolution for you. 💕 Thank you again for giving us a chance and we hope we can turn that experience around for you! ✨

I love the ring
I love the ring, but it wasn't a size 8 it's barely a size 6 and I'm afraid of adjusting it because I don't want to break it. But the ring itself is beautiful
