This is the Absolute best online jewelry shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life, from start to finish from Susan Jewelry. First of all, one of the most important things is Customer Service. Susan Jewelry is a class act and they truly go above and beyond and have Grade A, 100% Best Customer Service I’ve ever had. Shipping is seamless and smooth, you immediately get your invoice with your order number and you can start tracking it right away and you see the process it goes through in real time. You get your orders within a week, maybe less. Their response time is Excellent! I never had to wait more than a couple hours, if that, anytime I had a question. Customer Service is SO important! And it’s obvious it’s Super Important to them. I felt like I had an expert jewelry shopper, in person, right next to me the whole time. I felt heard, my questions were answered, from the big things to the little things, just Outstanding! I can hardly even put it into words that’s how good it was. I felt safe, secure, it was fun, and I’m not a big electronic person, in general, but this was so much fun and the experience of talking to someone who not only knew their products, but they know jewelry and are jewelry experts and enthusiast's at that, was Amazing! I felt like they were more excited than I was that I got jewelry that fit me, my personality, that I felt comfortable asking about opinions, options, about everything and anything. I felt Important! I felt pampered and it was at a time when I really needed it-they delivered it all! And still do because they are on my favorites list and I indulge! You’d be a fool not to, that’s the nicest way I can put it-lol! When receiving messages back and forth, it felt like I was talking to a family member, who was very important to them and they always give me all of the information and attention. All options that fit, literally and jewelry that fit me and my lifestyle as well as my personality. Now on to the quality of the jewelry. It is Outstanding and Beautiful jewelry and the Craftsmanship, that flare of Vintage Sheikh, handmade with love down to every last detail. The jewelry is comfortable. They made sure of that. One of the rings I got was too big and they immediately replaced it and even let me keep the one I already got so I wouldn’t have to go through the nightmare of the shipping process back to them. And if anything happens or goes wrong, they make it right, immediately and keep you updated and posted on everything. And it was them who offered to replace the ring when I told them it was too big. I was happy and fine about it and could just gift it or find a way to fit it and I didn’t complain, but I was immediately contacted by them to fix the problem, Susan Jewelry made me feel appreciated by them, never disturbed or rushed and the jewelry in real life exceeded my expectations by SO much, again, it’s hard to put it into words. The jewelry is heavy, in a good way, durable, not flimsy. The gemstone in one of my rings I got, that had a gemstone, was so shiny and luminous and the color of that gemstone shined even in dark lighting and in brighter lighting, it’s just Insanely Gorgeous, bright, catches the light and shines so bright whether you turn it side to side or not. It is so much better than I could have ever expected. From one ring to the other they are upscaled, strong with that vintage touch and feel and with the Amazing Craftsmanship you’re getting. This jewelry is like art coming to life. I can’t stop looking at each piece I started to get. So, listen, if you order one piece of jewelry from Susan Jewelry you get it, you feel it’s sturdiness, you feel the comfortable fit, and if you go through any kind of Customer Service, you WILL be ordering more pieces, so keep your Debit/Credit cards handy because you would be a fool to miss out on such quality jewelry. And the pricing is ridiculous, it’s so affordable. When I wear my rings out I always get compliments and immediately they want to know where to find the Susan Jewelry site online. My Family and Friends are hooked as well. The only thing they complain about is that they want more and more pieces to their growing collection, as I do as well. From wonderful Customer Service, being tailored to you, how Beautiful the pieces are and how well made they are, the touch of Love you feel in every curve, shine, reflection off the lights, even dim lights when you get the pieces with gemstones, the silky but sturdy feel of the material itself, it’s an experience from start to finish and my Family, Friends and I are addicted to buying one piece after the other.
