Why is the product shipping from China and your “store” is supposedly in Santa Fe? Also, why is the same product/pictures of the particular item I Ordered being shown on SHEIN for $9? I supposedly got this ring at 80% off due to your “closing.” Help me understand. I will be contacting the bank tomorrow.

I first saw Sarah Jewelry on Facebook as a ad. The Very first ring pictured I just absolutely loved. I never open or order from companies I see on Facebook, but this ring was BEAUTIFUL.The ad was sent because she was closing her store, and what she had listed were great prices. I looked through and found 2 rings, the 1 I loved(Pictured first on website) and another ring. I finally received my order and what a disappointment. The 1st ring that I wanted(which is why I even placed the order)was similar but the WRONG RING! The 2nd ring I ordered was correct and looked exactly like what it looked like online. I contacted company and explained to Sarah what happened. Sarah instructed me on what I needed to do to show in a clear picture the wrong ring. Sarah offered to replace this incorrect ring with MY CORRECT RING. BUT after I accept the replacement ring that would be the only replacement offered!! I hesitated. So from this point, I would have thought someone at this company would at least compare what they send me to what they planned on sending me to replace… WRONG!! They send me an identical ring that was incorrect to begin with. Again I contacted Sarah:Susan Jewelry but this time she said that because I accepted the replacement ring that fulfills what she said about replacing the wrong ring! Long long story and many many emails… I am receiving a 30% refund on my order and I still WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE CORRECT RING! So now I have 2 rings that are the same that I didn’t order. But she said that I just just keep.. I am very frustrated and very disappointed with the final conclusion to my transaction! I guess her closing her store this more than likely will not amount to anything! But I still think it should be said! I’m not sure if this was CLEAR! I sent Sarah/Susan Jewelry clear and detailed pictures to show what I received versus what I saw online and what I had expected to be sent! Sarah needs to own that no one compared the pictures I sent. No where does Sarah mention that bit of information! YOU NE NEVER COMPARED MY PICTURES. ALL SOMEONE HAD TO DO IS LOOK AT THE PICTURES BEFORE MY ORDER WAS SENT OUT! ALL SOMEONE HAD TO DO IS COMPARE TYE WRONG RING I RECEIVED AND THE SECOND RING THEY WERE PLANNING ON SENDING TO ME YET AGAIN! They were both identical and they are BOTH WRONG! But as Susan explained, me accepting and receiving the 2nd ring….. Full-filled their guarantee and Susan knew it was wrong too! Now I’m stuck with 2 rings I DID NOT ORDER THAT ARE IDENTICAL AND ARE BOTH WRONG! I’m very disappointed because the whole reason I even ordered from this company was because of THE CORRECT RING THAT I DO NOT THINK EXISTS IR ITS SOLD OUT AND SARAH TOOK MONEY AND THOUGHT THE RING WAS CLOSE ENOUGH, maybe I would not notice or that I would not mind keeping! Disappointed But please accept a partial refund! And I am welcome to keep the 2 wrong rings! When all I wanted was my correct ring shipped to be from the very beginning! So no Sarah/Susan Jewelry…OWN YOUR MISTAKES AND FIX IT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Susan/Sarah never did reach out to try to fix this issue!!! Just gave me a 30% refund!
