I had a great experience with SurveySparrow, The UI is seamless and easy. I had my form up and running in 30 minutes. Plus SS has great pricing plans for even individuals. I even received a call back after the account setup to know if I had any queries. Enjoying using it so far.

Free trial
I had a free trial with them to use their NPS tool, and I was planning on continuing to use their free NPS option. It was okay to use, though not super intuitive to share. But I thought they were very cheeky, telling me that I would no longer be able to use it, I had to email them to confirm that I would, and then inside the tool they force you to downgrade to the free version which wasn't a smooth experience. It's okay, but there are better options.

Used survey sparrow to make a survey for my thesis work in Undergraduation, it is super friendly and has a lot of options to customise the survey the way you want. I would highly recommend using it over other websites.

A really great alternative to survey…
A really great alternative to survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics. Very clean, simple, and easy to use! Highly recommend!
