The UI itself was fine, but the software was atrocious. I submitted support tickets, and unless it was to upgrade my subscription, I was not contacted. In addition I had mass spam surveys submitted like I have never had in my history of all survey software and in order to prevent it you needed a corporate account which was again, a add on. Would not recommend. The only thing I liked was setting up conditional formatting (When it worked) and the end PowerPoint. I tihnk there is much stronger alternatives.

The interface is easy to use, and the surveys are great, however, you will always have to buy another plan. It's just a scheme to get all of your money. I extended my trial and my responses were locked. I purchased a plan with more responses and they counted those responses in the quota. Even if you delete your surveys, when you upgrade they will still make you pay for the deleted surveys even though you have no access to them. The worst part is the only thing customer service will say to you is that "I'm sorry, that's how it is".

Had some issues with the platform. A lot to improve.

Always need to buy another package and not so fast

The technology is nice, but it's very expensive, requires a long term commitment (3 months subscription upfront!) and if you don't upgrade to the upper tier level subscriptions, you lose a lot of pretty basic features. Technical customer service is good, otherwise they just keep arguing with you. There are better alternatives out there.
