It was and easy to navigate

I am a paid user of SurferSparrow. I was happy to use various features for the survey, but I felt uncomfortable because some of the features that were supposed to be available to paid users did not work. The customer service is friendly, but the response is slow, and there are cases where they reply at dawn. It would be good if the customer service and features could be supplemented a little more.

Overall, I am very happy with the program and it's functionality. I was not happy with the way the pricing works. I signed up for the trial and started a 360 that I then intended to pay for when the trial ended. I'm a self-employed consultant and do 360's only on occasion. It was only when I went to purchase the 360 I was working on that I realized you had to purchase 10 of them! You cannot just purchase one as needed. So I was stuck because the 360 had already been sent out and replies were coming in. I couldn't start over as that would be very unprofessional. I explained to survey sparrow what happened and that it was not clear when signing up for the trial that I would be on the hook for purchasing 10 360's if I wanted to keep the one I was working on. I had suggested they allow me to purchase 5 instead of 10 as a middle ground solution. Unfortunately, they were not able to do anything except give me a discount. So here I am, spending waaay more than I had anticipated, and with 9 more 360's to try and use within a year. It was very frustrating and I was unhappy with their inflexibilty given the situation.

At first, the app looked great. However, I couldn't find and set up an account. It asked me for a Company/Domain which I filled in but it never accepted it which was disappointing.

The platform is user-friendly but there is a big gap in terms of advanced features if you need to conduct advanced research

it was inconvenient to have to pay per member for the 360 evaluation, and not being able to use anything else other than the 360. also no option to download the full Reports for all of the individuals in one excel, and will have to go one by one. cost is high and no benefits provided except the 360 survey thats it. and it is limited by subjects which isnt right.
