We have used this system for a few years. It was easy to send out to our contacts. It was also nice to have options of how the info is downloaded.

SurveySparrow seems to have a large amount of customisation options which is great for creating surveys, however a lot of them are stuck behind additional subscription. So, you will need money to make proper use of it. The free features are still decent but limited.

the service is honestly great. it has all the features anyone would need for service, whether it’s for simple freelancer needs or more complicated requirements for corporations. if i had to specifically point out something negative it’d be that there’s no free plan, but i guess tough decisions have to be made and -for the quality they offer- it probably wouldn’t be substantial to also have an amount of features given out for totally free. still really understandable pricing.

3 year subscriber having hosted many different types of surveys ranging from event asset collection, giveaway style surveys, to opinion based sentiment collection surveys. SurveySparrow is an easy to use and intuitive platform from a survey building and reporting perspective. It has all the tools you'd need in that regard. My only suggestion would be for the admin side of things to be a bit better. As an admin managing access for the rest of my users, it's nice to get an admin view where you can see all surveys created in your ecosystem. As far as I can tell, SurveySparrow lacks this and requires users to share their surveys to a shared folder or else they remain siloed in their "My Survey's folder. Overall a very competitive and easy to use platform.
