Survey Sparrow helped my UX project tremendously. Nothing like starting a UX survey with a good user experience right off the bat!

Easy to set-up & Good looking surveys. I really loved the ease of adding logic for skipping questions. Biggest downside: I couldn't figure out how to add multiple questions to one page, which made the form feel like it was a huge thing.

I've had to survey different groups at an educational institution and had tested several survey platforms, but I ended up staying with SurveySparrow as the interface was simple to use and the survey could be customized to fit our brand image.

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. The survey has multiple options of types of questions to get the most out of the customers’ answers. Triggers and automations can easily be set up for following up with each type of respondents (detractors, passives, and promoters).

Survey Sparrow is visually appealing, easy to create, and can be customized to sets of questions for data gathering. Analytics that are provided are quite helpful and as more features are added from their roadmap, it'll be an incredible product. I'll also look forward to them adding additional products from this concept.
