Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Website states that you will have your documentation within 24 to 48 hours. That is not the truth. I reached out to their help desk and they stated there was a glitch. I resubmitted my information received another confirmation stating I was approved. However still no esa letter. Reached out again and told there is a glitch. Apparently I'm the first person to ever have this glitch. No alternatives offered. I would have been happy with a copy of the letter but that wasn't even offered. Waste of time and more stress than it's worth.
