Hey there! So happy you received your documents and are satisfied with them. Since an ESA is for people who have medical need (like you!), you will need to update your info each year and work with your doctor to review your eligibility. Hey Jeanne! We're 100% legitimate, and ESAs are protected under federal law. Support Pets has proudly been connecting clients to doctors who will assess and approve their ESA papers since 2018! We only use licensed doctors who are trustworthy and knowledgeable. They provide a letter of approval with all necessary documentation attached, (including their license number).
