My support love Dutch and I are very pleased with Support Pets
I was very pleased with the ease of applying for my application for my Emotional Support Pet. It was simple and very easy to understand. I was also impressed with the speed in which they responded to my application and kept me informed about the process. I would recommend Support Pets to anyone in need of this service.

*******Scam!******* I am going on two months with no letter. Called support 3 times. They said they would email and send a physical copy. No manager around to talk to. I am filing a BBB complaint today and getting AMEX to do a charge back. Do not order.

rated less than five for communication
I rate five stars for response time. I rated it lower as I was not aware upfront that the certificate was only for one year. It would have been nice to have had that information included in the ordering process.
Response from Support PetsJun 1, 2022
Hey there, Chandra! Thanks for your review. Yes, that is correct. Every year, a doctor will review your case and determine whether you would still be in need of an ESA. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish you and your ESA all the best
