This was an easy process, but during the actual checkout they will offer other items you may need to go along with your ESA paperwork. The certificate, pet ID or pet tag does NOT comes with this fee. I chose paperwork only, but then it was emailed and it's documentation only for why you need the ESA. I went back on the site later and purchased the pet ID and name tag for a fee, then realized the certificate is separate also. They offer a vest as well which I didn't get. It was an easy process but make sure you see what all is offered. They mail out the additional items.

Thank you for your review, Ella! We offer a variety of ESA items and gear and we're so happy you were able to purchase them afterward! Remember, we offer packages that include paperwork with the ID card, tag, and sometimes other goodies as well.
